Challenge

Executive staff needs to determine issues and priorities for coming year and provide a plan incorporating a five-year forecast.

Result

Designed and facilitated day long off-site retreat for Executive Staff to develop priorities, action steps and milestones, and a follow-up process. For five-year forecast, objectives were prioritized, staff allocated for implementation and procedures designed for follow-up and assessment.

Challenge

Two generations with goal of shifting leadership with challenge of differing personalities, familiar but ineffective ways of communicating, and a history of using consultants without seeing much success

Result

Facilitated a series of Executive meetings for leadership. Result was a well articulated vision statement, mission statement, clarified roles for all Executives, strategic objectives and a plan (3, 5, and 8 year) for Executives to move toward future vision for the firm.

Challenge

Need for management staff training that focused on management skills. Challenge was that participant’s performance management often did not effectively prepare for training.

Result

Created and continue to deliver a series of popular and oversubscribed programs for supervisors and managers including a Boot Camp series for basic skills, follow-up clinics and in-depth modules.

Asses current diversity status of worldwide organization with goal to create a corporate-wide Inclusion initiative.

Result

Conducted detailed demographic analysis and overview of current inclusion benchmarks, community involvement, industry standards, internal processes and HR systems. Presented multiple options and strategies for management consideration of Inclusion initiative.

Newly Merged Financial Services Organization

Challenge

Need developed for corporate wide employee orientation/on-boarding program including a retrofit overview for existing employees.

Result

Developed an interactive program for a multi-site organization to educate and motivate employees plus foster relationships within the newly merged organization. Program involved a passport/travel approach comprised of a month of interviews, corporate history, organizational information, and presentations as well as a retrofit program for existing employees.
