    Supervisory Boot Camp


    This intense series of 6 consecutive weekly supervisory training sessions focuses on helping Supervisors become more productive and successful and also helps promote the productivity and success of others. Utilizing self-assessment, feedback, participative learning,  action planning, and clinic style discussions, participants will set specific, attainable goals for continued improvement and have the opportunity to apply strategies and skills.  Emphasis is on using the appropriate leadership style and gaining skill in increasing influence needed to gain the support of others in the workplace.                               -Private Event-
