Showing others by doing is the best way to prove that you know the things you say you know. Sometimes it’s the only way.

Bad bosses don’t mean to be bad. Most of them don’t even know that they are bad bosses. But studies continue to show that more than pay, more than the commute, more than the actual workload – people leave jobs because of bad bosses.
When someone in an executive leadership position leaves abruptly, the CEO/Owner/President has some tough choices to make. Many are tempted to survey the organizational landscape, determine who appears to be the person on the team that is most likely to be promoted and offer them the opportunity to fill that open slot.
